The Week That Was at Chick & Roll — March 16-22, 2026

Proud to Support the Cresskill KPA's Inaugural Event

For the past several years, we have had the privilege of providing lunches to students at Merritt Elementary School in Cresskill and have developed warm ties with the moms at the school. And given the relationships, we want to lend our support to the Cresskill Korean Parent Association as they plan their first ever official gathering as a newly registered nonprofit organization.

What makes this event particularly meaningful is that it brings together the KPAs from both elementary schools and the middle and high school under one roof for the very first time, making it a milestone moment for the Korean-American community in Cresskill.

Chick & Roll is proud and honored to be a sponsor of this inaugural event. If you would like to support the Cresskill KPA and help make this their gathering a success, you can make a donation through their Zeffy page — [Link]. Every contribution, large or small, helps build something that will serve the Cresskill community for years to come.

The Misugaru Latte is Back

For those of you who have been asking — and you know who you are — the wait is finally over. Our Misugaru Latte has returned!

For the uninitiated, misugaru is a traditional Korean multigrain powder made from a blend of roasted grains and seeds — nutty, subtly sweet, and deeply comforting in a way that is hard to describe until you've tried it. We blend it into a smooth, creamy latte that has quietly become one of our most beloved drinks among customers who know it.

We ran out of misugaru powder for a while — but we are fully restocked and ready. If you've never tried it, this week is a great time to discover something a little different. If you already know, welcome back.

Come see us. Spring is trying its best out there and a Misugaru Latte might be exactly what the week calls for.
